Who we are
Our story begins on October 6, 2018 in Feletto, in the heart of Canavese.
Our philosophy is rooted in the search for the finest raw materials for our dishes. To achieve the highest quality, our products must come exclusively from top-quality producers.
SOME EXAMPLES?
- All our dairy products are processed in Agerola, while the buffalo mozzarella comes from Pestum.
- The San Marzano tomato comes from Agro Sarnese / Nocerino
- EVO oil, cold-pressed in Puglia
These are the perfect foundations from which to obtain a top-quality product that can satisfy even the most demanding palates.
